All the physiotherapists at Jubilee Sports Physiotherapy are trained in accurate diagnosis and appropriate prescription of therapeutic exercise. These exercises may include muscle stretching, joint mobility exercises or muscle strengthening exercises.
For example, muscle imbalance problems around the shoulder, hip or knee causing abnormal mechanics and pain at the joint can be effectively treated with exercise rehabilitation. Similarly, low back pain related to weak core stability can be managed with Pilates instruction and core training exercises. All our physiotherapists are experienced in determining the appropriate exercises for your condition to facilitate recovery as quickly as possible.
Exercise rehabilitation is also used effectively in helping injured workers return to the workforce. For injured workers that are having trouble achieving a successful return to work we provide a structured progressive gym based rehabilitation program with a strong focus on functional improvement.
