Jubilee Sports Physiotherapy is an accredited NDIS provider in the Sutherland Shire.
We pride ourselves on adopting a person centred approach to our care, which puts the person with the disability first, placing them at the centre of decision making, across planning and service arrangements. Treatment provided to each person is based on their own wishes, interests, talents, goals and needs, to get more out of life.

Convenient Access
There is easy parking directly outside our clinic entrances and our treatment areas have been designed to achieve our participant’s goals and to be very accessible.
Home Visits
We understand that some patients who are less mobile would benefit from our physiotherapy service in the comfort of their own home. Our treatments can be specially designed to suit the needs of patients who are unable to visit our clinics.
