Jubilee Sports Physiotherapy is proud to support the students of Endeavour High School with on-site injury assessment, rehabilitation, and performance services.
Below is a summary of the services available throughout the school term.
Tuesday – TRIAGE CLINIC
The Triage Clinic is designed to:
- Assess injury concerns impacting training or performance.
- Provide a brief discussion and provisional diagnosis.
- Offer training recommendations.
- Refer students (if required) for a formal treatment appointment –
- On-site at the Endeavour High Performance Unit.
- Or at a Jubilee clinic location
Cost: Free of charge
Parents/Students are encouraged to book via our online booking system.
Walk-ins accepted
(time permitting).
Thursday – GROUP REHAB
Our Group rehab sessions are in place for students who already have a formal rehabilitation plan in place. These are fully supervised and guided by the on-site physiotherapist and are limited to 8-10 students. They are likely to take place in either of the gym spaces available or on the pitch, but will remain flexible based on space and school recommendations.
Cost: Free of charge
Bookings are required through our online bookings system.

- For students with:
- A confirmed diagnosis.
- An established rehab plan.
- Prior assessment/treatment by Jubilee Sports Physiotherapy.
Physiotherapy Assessment & Treatment
These appointment times are reserved for longer appointments requiring treatment and rehabilitation. This could be for a new injury or follow up on an injury you have been seeing a Jubilee Physiotherapist.
Athletic Performance Testing
Available at Jubilee clinics:
- Caringbah (next door to Endeavour High School)
Includes:
- Strength testing
- Power testing
- Performance benchmarking
Benefits:
- Identifies strengths and areas for improvement
- Guides gym programming and exercise decisions
- Reports can be shared with personal trainers or coaches upon request
- Supports athletic development and performance maximisation

ONLINE BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
To make an online booking with Jubilee Sports Physiotherapy at Endeavour Sports High School HPU please follow the following directions.
- Simply click on the “Book ESHS HPU Appointments” button above.
- If you have been to Jubilee Sports Physiotherapy before select “Yes, I am an existing patient”, otherwise select “No, I am a new patient”
- Select your location as “ENDEAVOUR HPU (ESHS Students ONLY)”
- IMPORTANT: Select “ANY AVAILABLE PRACTITIONER”. This will give you the best opportunity to access an appointment at your desired time.
- Select your “APPOINTMENT TYPE”
- Select your preferred appointment time from the range of options provided. You can refine your search based on your preferred date or time of appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: Jubilee Sports Physio only attends ESHS on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. If parents would like to attend the appointment they should check into the front office on arrival.
Outside these times, students are invited to see us at our rooms next door to ESHS.

PHYSIOTHERAPY FEES
Payment for physiotherapy services is expected prior to or at the time of consultation
- As a commitment to ESHS students a discounted fee to all Physiotherapy consultations.
- Jubilee Sports Physiotherapy is an accredited and registered provider of physiotherapy. Most policies with ancillary cover will rebate a proportion of the cost of treatment. The health insurance rebate varies from insurer to insurer and also depends on the level of cover. You should check with your health insurance provider to determine your entitlements.

- Payment by Eftpos/Credit card may be made onsite at ESHS.
